The work presents analysis of research results of vitamin D metabolites in sickly children. It has been found that 81.2% of 3-6 y.o. pre-school children have deficit of vitamin D. The authors estimate the efficiency of preventive and therapeutic doses of vitamin D in the form of water solution (Akvadetrim), and trace the correlation between the vitamin D level and resistance index in sickly children (r= -0.73, p<0.001).
Key words: sickly children, provision with vitamin D, Akvadetrim.
