Theoretical basement of noninvasive conductor design was presented and practical experience of using this devise among 297 patients is estimated. In usual way thin spinal needles demand using thick invasive introducer, which is a factor of additional vertebra traumatization and source of back pain. From angle of classical fundamental physic lows original physic-mathematical model was designed, which reflects all factors reliable of needle deformation at spinal punction. This theoretical basement permit to invent noninvasive conductor which increase needle hardness without excessive vertebra traumatization and back pains.

Key words: spinal anesthesia, spinal needle deformation, spinal anesthesia techniques.
