     The article presents the results of using «Material for the corneal recovery» made by Eey Bank «iLab» for the deep lamellar endothelial keratoplasty. The application of precut tissue, consisting of posterior stroma, Descemet’s membrane and endothelium provides transparent engraftment and high refractive results that contribute to the spread of technology.

    Key words: posterior lamellar endothelial keratoplasty, corneal endothelial dysfunction, eye bank, material for the corneal recovery, DSAEK.
