This article presents data on unconjugated bile acids in blood serum of healthy people. To determine the bile acid gas-liquid chromatograph «Chromos GC-1000» (Russia) was used. The concentration of cholic acid was 2,85±0,008 mg/ml, chenodeoxycholic — 2,79±0,01 mg/ml, lithocholic — 3,09±0,009 mg/ml, deoxycholic — 1,33±0,01, ursodeoxycholic acid — 0,3±0,005 mg/ml, the amount — 10,36±0,03 mg/ml.
Key words: gas-liquid chromatography, blood, bile acids, healthy people.
