The article includes results of a comprehensive assessment of the level of adaptation among students in the primary school No. 61 in the city of Cheboksary that provide deterioration of neuropsychic health of schoolchildren. The authors developed criteria for identifying risk groups for the formation of disorders and gathering the corrective groups within the framework of preventive examinations. A comparative analysis of the level of health of children at risk with other schoolchildren was carried out. A system of recreational activities for correctional groups is presented and its effectiveness is estimated. A scheme of interdepartmental interaction was formed when accompanying this category of children.
