The article presents the characteristics of the victims and patients with fractures of pelvic bones, acetabulum and persistent deformity of the pelvic ring, depending on the circumstances under which the injury was received, age, localization of lesions of the pelvic ring, the combination of damage, and depending on the length of hospitalization in the center from the time of injury with a comprehensive assessment of treatment outcomes.

Key words: injured people, pelvic ring, unstable injuries and fractures of a pelvic ring, external fixation device, acetabulum, displaced fractures.
