The article present the analysis of the results of femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery (FLACS) of 30 patients aged from 50 to 82 years, with subluxated lens. Statistical analysis of visual acuity, refraction data and endothelial cell count was performed before and 3 months after the operation. All operations went without complications, high visual functions were obtained in all cases. The research results prove that FLACS is a safe and effective method of treatment in patients with subluxated lens of 1 and 2 degree.

Key words: FLACS, complicated cataract surgery, subluxated lens, femtosecond laser.
