Complex approaches to organization of medical and preventive care for migrants in Kazan

The article presents the situation with medical support of migrants and the main approaches to the organization of medical and preventive care for migrants in Kazan. The authors present a model of cooperation between the public health facility (Republican Clinical Dermatovenereology Dispensary) and the non-profit organization (Autonomous Charity non-profit organization «Noviy vek») in providing services to migrants on the «one window» principle. Experience of work on social adaptation of migrants in Germany is described and new approaches to the organization of health and social services to migrants are offered.
