A comparative clinical and epidemiological analysis of outcomes of surgical treatment by clipping of cerebral vessels in 143 patients with aneurysmal disease of the brain was performed. The increase of the number of patients with aneurysmal disease of the brain vessels and their «rejuvenation» were revealed. The incidence of SAH and mortality among patients with AAGM had a steady downward trend. Patients on admission in the acute period of SAH with IV-V stages on the Hunt-Hess scale had a high risk of developing resistant rough neurological deficit and death after surgery. Patients under 35 years, as well as patients without a history of aneurysm rupture had a greater social and labor rehabilitation potential. Most of the working age patients operated in the acute period of SAH will not return to their former place of work due to the lack of ability to perform their professional duties.
Key words: brain aneurysms, clipping, social and labor adaptation.
