Clinical picture of testicular tumor that mimic Waldenstrem macroglobulinemia

The percentage of testicular tumors makes up from 1 to 1.5% in the structure of total oncological morbidity among males and 5% of all urogenital tumors. The article presents a clinical case of testicular tumor in a patient admitted with marrow hematopoiesis depression. Anamnesis data and laboratory and instrumental tests results, particularly serum tumor markers, allowed to make a diagnosis.
