The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of clinical and laboratory parameters of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in adults and children in 2019–2022. HFRS is predominantly registered among the adult population, children account for only about 2%. Features of HFRS clinical and laboratory parameters in children are few and contradictory. Therefore, it is of particular interest to study the peculiarities of the HFRS course in children and to compare them with the course of this infection in adults.

Key words: hemorrhagic fever, acute kidney injury, children.
