There was studied the clinical role of the serum content of regulatory autoantibodies in pregnant women of group of risk, who had no fetus development delay. Complex survey of 181 pregnant women of the risk group is conducted. Along with the standard methods of examination on terms of 11-14 weeks of pregnancy using ELI-TEST solid-phase immunofermental method, the serumal content of some regulatory autoantibodies is defined. There were revealed the features of regulatory autoantibodies in pregnant woman of group of risk of the formation of fetal growth retardation and developed the criteria excluding progress of growth restriction during pregnancy.
Key words: fetus development delay, regulatory autoantibodies, complications of pregnancy, violation of immunoregulation.
