The results are analyzed of visual-functional rehabilitation of a patient with hyperopic astigmatism, after radial keratotomy and photorefractive keratectomy with topography-guided laser in situ keratomileusis. The uncorrectable visual acuity improved from 0.5 to 1.0. Keratotopography data show the significant decrease of asymmetry and irregularity of the cornea surface, while keratotopography indexes were normal: Surface Asymmetry Index ― 0.67 and Surface Regularity Index 0.21.
Key words: radial keratotomy, post-keratotomy refractive disorders correction, topography-guided laser in situ keratomileusis.
