    The article presents a clinical case of primary diagnostic of the chronic brucellosis with failure of arthrous system. The patient suffered from the knee joint pain for many years. The anamnesis collection and claims analysis showed the possible connection of the disease with the patient’s occupation, the worker of veterinary laboratory. The suspicion of brucellosis was stated and specific infectious researches were recommended. The patient was hospitalized in infectious hospital. The Right and Heddlson’s positive reactions, symptoms of long subfebrility, splenomegaliа in the patient with an arthrous syndrome allowed the clinical diagnosis of the chronic brucellosis. This clinical case is directed on drawing the attention of internists to differential diagnostic of arthrous syndrome, the possibility of non-rheumatic genesis of a disease and the importance of occupational and epidemiological history.
