The authors have analyzed the results of cataract phacoemulsification with IOL implantation and consecutive topography-guided photorefractive keratectomy for post-radial keratotomy refractive disorders correction in a patient with complicated hyperopic astigmatism and cataract. The uncorrected visual acuity improved from 0.08 to 0.8. According to keratotopography data, the valuable decrease of Surface Asymmetry Index 0.39 and Surface Regularity Index 0.49 were indicated, while Surface Regularity Index was 0.49.
Key words: radial keratotomy, post keratotomy refractive disorders correction, cataract phacoemulsification, topography-guided photorefractive keratectomy.
