 This article presents the results of a survey of 105 children having pathology of gastroduodenal zones, which were associated by pathology in biliary tract. The characteristic features of the medical history of these patients were analyzed with the analysis of the diagnostic value of different symptoms which can only be detected by palpation of the anterior abdominal wall. The article also deals with issues of verification of H. pylori infection using respiratory Helik-test, bacteriological and molecular genetic methods of analysis of duodenum mucosa biopsy and duodenum contents. It has been proven that children who have had isolated forms chronic gastroduodenitis and dysfunctional biliary tract, had been revealed H pylori is less common, compared to children with organic lesion of biliary system in the form of chronic cholecystocholangitis. This means that when making primary diagnosis the verification of Helicobacter pylori infection and subsequent causal therapy are required.
