Case of successful treatment of pelvic varicose disease with May-Thurner syndrome

May-Thurner syndrome is a rare disease characterized by compression or occlusion of the common iliac vein. It is detected only in 3% of cases, as the diagnosis is possible only with the development of pathological symptoms. The article presents a brief review of literature and a clinical case of detection and treatment of this syndrome in a young woman.
