The article presents a review of literature on benign tumors and tumor-like formations of the nose and paranasal sinuses. In particular, two clinical cases osteoma and fibrous dysplasia of the paranasal sinuses are described. In both cases the treatment of bone tumor was accomplished by endonasal endoscopic access. For bone tumors reduction, diode laser was used in contact mode during endoscopic endonasal removal of osteoma of the frontal sinus. In both cases, the histological examination and results of surgery are presented.

Key words: benign neoplasms of the paranasal sinuses, endoscopic endonasal approach, osteoma, fibrous dysplasia.
