The article analyzes the prospective study of 124 patients with chronic ischemic heart disease with severe angina functional class, who underwent mammaro- and/or coronary artery bypass grafting in 2013-2015 in the Cardiac Surgery Department of Interregional Clinical and Diagnostic Center (Kazan). We studied the clinical and functional status of patients who underwent coronary bypass surgery during 1 year after surgery. We revealed the angina return risk factors and assessed their impact on the course of coronary artery disease in these patients.
