  • Analysis of complications in the early postoperative period after transanal desarterization of hemorrhoidal tumors

    The article presents the results of minimally invasive treatment of 166 patients (90 ― men, 76 ― women) with different stages of chronic haemorrhoid by a transanal method of transanal desarterization of hemorrhoidal tumors under local anesthesia on an outpatient basis. The following complications have arisen in early postoperative period: rectal bleeding ― 8 cases, acute haemorrhoidal thrombosis ― 3 cases, severe pain syndrome ― 2 cases, prolapse of one haemorrhoidal basin ― 5 cases. The inquiry into the causes of complications is carried out, prophylactic measures and treatment are proposed.
