To conduct a study of medical and expert documentation in persons with affective pathologies.
Material and methods. The analysis of medical and medical and expert documentation of citizens with affective pathology who applied to the Rostov service of medical and social expertise was carried out. The indicators of disability from 2014 to the first half of 2018, gender characteristics and the maximum frequency of occurrence of various ciphers in the group of diagnoses of the cipher F30–39 were studied.
Results. In the course of the study, indicators that differed from world statistics were revealed, which made it possible to talk about the relevance of this problem for the service of medical and social expertise on the example of the Rostov Region, which requires further improvement.
