    The article gives a literature review of the data on current problems of diagnosis and treatment of patients with crusarthrosis. Special attention is paid to the methods of posttraumatic arthrosis treatment with the emphasis on thrombocyte enriched plasm application. This paper also covers the treatment of the female patient with severe post-traumatic crusarthrosis.
